TherMatrx
is a device using microwave technology provides a safe and effective treatment
for BPH. It is believed that the application of thermotherapy, or heat, to the prostate,
causes changes in the prostate tissue, thereby providing symptom relief to the patient.
The TherMatrx device is the latest generation of microwave thermotherapy devices.
The Thermatrx treatment is a simple, relatively painless way to treat BPH and can
be performed in a physician's office. This is not a surgical procedure, so an operating
room is not required. No general or spinal anesthesia will be used. You will be
completely conscious during the entire procedure and will walk out of the office
as soon as you're done. |

Cryoablation Therapy from AMS is a treatment option for excessive menstrual bleeding
(menorrhagia) that ablates endometrial tissue through sub-zero temperatures, using
ultrasound guidance to monitor the safety and extent of treatment.
Her Option is a comfortable treatment for menorrhagia because the natural anesthesia
effects of cold eliminate the need for IV sedation in most cases, and allow you
to treat your patient in your office. With an office setting, both patient and physician

Prisma
Delivers the fullest Spectrum of Fluid Balance Control Capabilities. Prisma
improves safety through integrated communication. It is the first system
to fully integrate all needed pumps into a single system. The operator sets
blood, dialysate or replacement fluid pump speeds and net patient fluid
to be removed. Blood, dialysate, replacement fluid and ultrafiltrate pumps
work together to insure the right amount of blood processed, and ultrafiltrate
removed. Prisma then calculates the appropriate effluent pump speed to
insure fluid balance and a more stable CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement
Therapy) procedure. No calculations are required by the operator.

This microprocessor driven unit is easily upgradeable and offers a range of modes and breath types including volume control, pressure control, and fully integrated noninvasive ventilation. Because it has no need for wall air or compressors, and can be run on either ac power, a battery pack or an external battery, the Esprit's mobility and versatility make it ideal for use in any setting, from hospital to sub-acute care facilities. The Esprit now has a new graphics option available, designed to provide clinicians with immediate, real time feedback in order to optimize ventilator settings.

Touched

The 'Touched' software program is a complete practice management system
designed specifically for today's mental health professionals. It is a
Windows based system that was programmed entirely with Microsoft development
tools. All data is stored in Microsoft Access format. This structure facilitates
easy import/export capabilities between the 'Touched' software and all
other Microsoft and Microsoft compatible database programs. The 'Touched'
system can be purchased for use by individual practitioners, group practices,
and clinic settings. The 'Touched' system is fully network compatible.
Many different configurations can be used. If you can network Windows,
you can network this system! For maximum confidentiality, each therapist
has their own password that allows access into the 'Touched' system. There
is even a limited access option to provide for an assistant to complete
the billing process without having access to confidential patient information.
For those therapists who have computers at home as well as at the office,
the licensing agreement indicates that the 'Touched' software can be loaded
on both systems. The 'Touch back' feature is the back-up system for the
program. It also allows for easy transfer of data from one computer to
the other using the back-up or the merge functions.
